XocolAtl Dark Chocolate - Dark Milk Chocolate Kissed Mermaids

XocolAtl, a small-batch chocolate maker based in Atlanta, created this dark chocolate bar to bring you the “sea experience.”

We decided to offer you the Dark Milk Chocolate Kissed Mermaids when we looked for a bar of creamy milk chocolate that is vegan, and we could not find it anywhere.

We also wanted a texture experience, and that is why we selected this dark-milk chocolate. This bar has the flavors of the Caribbean islands, especially coconut and cacao. But also, the vanilla-infused sea salt and roasted cacao nibs sprinkled on the back, top off the coconut milk with the right amount of delicious and salty, soft and crunchy.

Please, jump in! In case you were wondering, the cacao beans are from Costa Rica, where Elaine Read and Matt Weyandt started their chocolate-making career. A local Costa Rican personally ferments the cacao beans, dries them, and ships directly to the USA.
