Join Club ChoKolate and Eats Good 33 for a guided dark chocolate tasting! This event will provide you the opportunity to explore some of the best dark chocolates the world has to offer.
When: Sunday Sept 2, 2018 - 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Where: Eats Good 33
6882 NW 20th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
Comparable to a wine tasting, a chocolate tasting provides you with the opportunity to taste and compare chocolates made with cacao beans from different parts of the world while learning about artisan chocolate and cacao cultivation and production.
For this unique event, we have selected five different dark chocolate bars all made with cacaos from the Americas. Whether you come by yourself or with friends, indulge in a delicious variety of flavor to entertain your palate as you participate in this experience with other chocolate enthusiasts and us.
As you enjoy yourself with exceptional dark chocolates from the US and Venezuela made with cacaos from Central and South America, and the Caribbean, you will learn about the fine art of chocolate tasting as well as how chocolate is produced. Following this experience, you will learn more than you thought you could have about dark chocolate and cacao!
Our chocolate tastings are space-limited. Please reserve your tickets soon! Kindly note that the afternoon will be exclusively dedicated to the chocolate event. Besides the chocolate bars for tasting, water and crackers will be provided because we want you to experience just the chocolate aromas and flavors.
The tasting will be led by Ramón and Daniel Martínez, siblings and co-founders of Club ChoKolate. Ramón received training by the Fine Cacao and Chocolate Institute (FCCI) in their first Cacao and Chocolate grader Intensive course in 2016. Ramón and Daniel have tasted hundreds of chocolate bars and more recently were part of the Miami International Chocolate Festival held at the Fairchild's Botanical Gardens in 2018.
A FREE dark chocolate bar is included in this event's price, as well as one Club ChoKolate natural fiber cotton bags to take your chocolates.
