Returns / Refund Policy

We want your complete satisfaction with our services. If at any point during your experience with Club Chokolate you are not satisfied, please let us know, and we will make anything within our power to improve. We aim for 100% satisfaction, guaranteed!  Contact us at info@clubchokolate.com immediately if there is something wrong with your chocolates or anything in your order.

 

Our refund or exchange policy lasts for 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Chocolate is a perishable good and cannot be returned.  If applicable, your product must be unopened or new, and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original package; this applies so that it can be eligible for a return.

Exchanges
We only replace chocolate bars if they are ready in our stock.  If we don't have it available, we will suggest a substitution or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please contact us at info@clubchokolate.com.

Gifts
If the defective item were a gift when acquired and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a discount on the total values of the product(s). Once we are notified, we will generate a discount code and emailed it to you.  If the product(s) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and it was given to you directly, then let us know.  We will need to know who is the gift giver;  this will allow us to find the order.  Once we locate it, we can issue a refund or exchange as per policy above.
