As all craft chocolate makers, quality and social responsibility is a top priority. In this case, the cacao butter (cocoa butter) is made by hand in the Dominican Republic, from the “Los Bejucos” region, famous for criollo cacao beans, which have high cacao butter percentage.
This white chocolate bar is so good that it is the proud winner of USA Silver in the 2013 International Chocolate Award and a finalist in the Good Food Awards in 2014.
