The beans powering this bar come from a hidden corner of northeastern Honduras, reachable only after a daring two-day canoe voyage. Though not certified organic, these beans are cultivated using traditional methods without any chemicals. The chocolate delivers an intense, earthy depth with a bold malty finish and hints of mocha. Flavors explode with notes of honey, banana, and toasted walnut. Origin: Honduras Wampusirpi, 2018 harvest.
