Winner of numerous awards, this chocolate is ethically sourced from socially responsible smallholder farms of 1-3 acres with a sustainable harvest year of 2020/2021.

Produced in Semuliki Forest Uganda and harvested from the tropical climate of the Rwenzori Mountains with an elevation of 850m, the unique flavor of our chocolate is derived from the Forastero (Upper Amazon & Amelonado) growing in Vertisols and Acric Ferralsols soil. Gently fermented in paired box design and dried on raised mesh beds under solar from September to February.
